Garment Selling Agreement | For All Designs

Are you a small business or thinking of starting a small business?

This is an agreement which allows you to make garments by using Hound Inc. sewing patterns and sell to your own customers.

Hound Inc. sewing patterns are for personal use only, but with this agreement Hound Inc. grants you and your company the permission to sell the garments you have produced from using Hound Inc. sewing patterns.

The purchase of this garment selling agreement covers all current Hound inc. designs and also all future Hound Inc. designs.

Please note:
I reserve the right to revoke the permission to use my patterns if you/ your business have been activitely breaking my terms and conditions.

What this does not include:

• This does not allow you to sell the Hound Inc. sewing pattern itself
• This does not allow you to make changes to this pattern and claim as your own and sell as form of sewing pattern or finished garment
• This does not allow you to use Hound Inc. branding (including, but not limited to):
• Size chart
• How to measure for the garment illustration
• Hound Inc. Images of garment, on or off the dog model

Please note: This does not include any of the Hound Inc. sewing patterns, those will need to be purchased separately.

After purchase you will be contacted for confirmation of your business name to keep on our records. This will help us keep track of those business’ which have had the permission granted, and those that are breaking the copyright.
