The PDF download files are readily available once purchase has been made.
Due to the instant nature of these sewing pattern PDFs with customers having access to the files instantly, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
We urge you to double check the listing before you make your purchase i.e. Breed, Size, Style etc. to ensure you are making the correct purchase for your needs/wants.
All information is noted in the listings to advise you of any additional notions or equipment that may be required for each individual sewing pattern.
Please note that for all of our sewing patterns you will need access to (at least ) a sewing machine, printer (A4 or US letter compatible), computer device.
It is the customers resposibilty to ensure they have made the correct purchase for their needs. We do not make any exceptions on our refund policy, including people who may have purchased:

Wrong breed

Multiple purchases for the same pattern
Didn’t realise it was a PDF download
Didn’t realise it wasn’t a finshed garment
